Obverse: Legend in Sogdian script (blurred), probably reads as ‘Βγy twrkys γ’γ’n pny’ and translates as ‘Fan of Turgesh’s divine Khakan’.
Reverse: Turgesh’s tamgha & Turkic runic letter ‘ρ’.
